A creamy autumn indulgence in a glass.

Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Pennsylvania Dutch Pumpkin Spice Cream Liqueur
- 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
- ¼ cup pumpkin puree
- ½ cup cold brew coffee (or strong brewed coffee, chilled)
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
- Whipped cream for garnish (optional)
- Crushed ginger snap cookies for garnish (optional)

How to make it
- In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the shake into glass.
- Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with crushed ginger snap cookies (optional).
