A creamy autumn indulgence in a glass.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Pennsylvania Dutch Pumpkin Spice Cream Liqueur
  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
  • ¼ cup pumpkin puree
  • ½ cup cold brew coffee (or strong brewed coffee, chilled)
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • Whipped cream for garnish (optional)
  • Crushed ginger snap cookies for garnish (optional)

How to make it

  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour the shake into glass.
  3. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with crushed ginger snap cookies (optional).
