4oz Pennsylvania Dutch Chocolate Cream Liqueur
2 cups Milk
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
¼ cup sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
How to make it
In a small pot, combine the milk, cocoa powder and sugar over medium heat.
Cook, stirring constantly, until warm but do not boil.
Remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla and chocolate cream. Pour into mugs and serve immediately.
