Peach Cobbler Cocktail

Ingredients

For the Cocktail:

  • 1 ½ oz Peaches and Cream Liqueur
  • 1 oz bourbon
  • ½ oz vanilla liqueur
  • ½ oz peach syrup (store-bought or homemade)
  • Dash of aromatic bitters
  • Crushed graham crackers
  • Agave syrup
  • Fresh peach slice for garnish

For the Topping:

  • 1/4 cup marshmallow fluff or marshmallow cream
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Pinch of nutmeg
  • Pinch of salt

How to make it

  1. Rim a glass with agave syrup and dip it into crushed graham crackers to coat the rim. Set aside.
  2. In a shaker, combine Peaches and Cream Liqueur, bourbon, vanilla liqueur, peach syrup, and a dash of aromatic bitters. Shake well to blend the flavors together.
  3. Strain the cocktail into the prepared glass.
  4. In a small bowl, combine marshmallow fluff, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and a pinch of salt. Mix until well combined and smooth.
  5. After pouring the Peach Cobbler Delight cocktail into the glass, carefully spoon the marshmallow cream topping onto the surface of the drink, creating a thick layer.
  6. Using a kitchen torch, carefully torch the marshmallow cream topping until it starts to brown and caramelize. Move the torch in a circular motion to evenly distribute the heat and achieve a golden-brown finish.
  7. Garnish the cocktail with a slice of fresh peach and serve immediately while the marshmallow cream topping is warm and toasted.
