Peach Cobbler Cocktail

Ingredients
For the Cocktail:
- 1 ½ oz Peaches and Cream Liqueur
- 1 oz bourbon
- ½ oz vanilla liqueur
- ½ oz peach syrup (store-bought or homemade)
- Dash of aromatic bitters
- Crushed graham crackers
- Agave syrup
- Fresh peach slice for garnish
For the Topping:
- 1/4 cup marshmallow fluff or marshmallow cream
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Pinch of nutmeg
- Pinch of salt

How to make it
- Rim a glass with agave syrup and dip it into crushed graham crackers to coat the rim. Set aside.
- In a shaker, combine Peaches and Cream Liqueur, bourbon, vanilla liqueur, peach syrup, and a dash of aromatic bitters. Shake well to blend the flavors together.
- Strain the cocktail into the prepared glass.
- In a small bowl, combine marshmallow fluff, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and a pinch of salt. Mix until well combined and smooth.
- After pouring the Peach Cobbler Delight cocktail into the glass, carefully spoon the marshmallow cream topping onto the surface of the drink, creating a thick layer.
- Using a kitchen torch, carefully torch the marshmallow cream topping until it starts to brown and caramelize. Move the torch in a circular motion to evenly distribute the heat and achieve a golden-brown finish.
- Garnish the cocktail with a slice of fresh peach and serve immediately while the marshmallow cream topping is warm and toasted.
