1 Hour

How to make it

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease and line a 9x13-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a saucepan, melt 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter. Stir in 2 cups granulated sugar until well combined.
  3. Add 4 large eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together 1 cup all-purpose flour, 1/2 cup cocoa powder, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, then stir in 4 oz Pennsylvania Dutch Salted Caramel Cream Liqueur and chocolate chunks.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and drizzle 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce on top.
  7. Use a knife to swirl the caramel into the batter.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  9. Optional: Sprinkle sea salt on top for an extra burst of flavor.
  10. Allow it to cool, cut into squares, and savor the indulgence of Salted Caramel Chunk Brownies.
