Strawberries & Cream Mousse Cups

Ingredients
- 1 Cup Strawberries & Cream Liqueur
- 1 Box (3oz) Strawberry Jello
- 1 ¼ Cups Heavy Whipping Cream
- Fresh Strawberries
- ¾ Cup Water
How to make it
- Combine Strawberry Jello mix with ¾ cup boiling water. Whisk well until JELLO mix is fully dissolved. Allow to cool to room temperature - about 30 minutes
- Once cooled, whip 1 ¼ cups heavy whipping cream with a hand mixer for 3-4 minutes
- Pour 1 Cup Strawberries & Cream Liqueur into the JELLO mixture and mix to combine
- Gently fold in the whipped cream until fully combined and mousse is smooth
- Pour into small cups and place in refrigerator to chill for at least one hour
- Keep in refrigerator until ready to serve
- Top with whipped cream & fresh strawberries
