The Original American Cream

Strawberries & Cream Mousse Cups

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Strawberries & Cream Liqueur
  • 1 Box (3oz) Strawberry Jello
  • 1 ¼ Cups Heavy Whipping Cream
  • Fresh Strawberries
  • ¾ Cup Water

How to make it

  1. Combine Strawberry Jello mix with ¾ cup boiling water. Whisk well until JELLO mix is fully dissolved. Allow to cool to room temperature - about 30 minutes
  2. Once cooled, whip 1 ¼ cups heavy whipping cream with a hand mixer for 3-4 minutes 
  3. Pour 1 Cup Strawberries & Cream Liqueur into the JELLO mixture and mix to combine
  4. Gently fold in the whipped cream until fully combined and mousse is smooth
  5. Pour into small cups and place in refrigerator to chill for at least one hour
  6. Keep in refrigerator until ready to serve
  7. Top with whipped cream & fresh strawberries
