Strawberries & Cream Mousse Cups

  • 1 Cup Strawberries & Cream Liqueur
  • 1 Box (3oz) Strawberry Jello
  • 1 ¼ Cups Heavy Whipping Cream
  • Fresh Strawberries
  • ¾ Cup Water

How to make it

  • Combine Strawberry Jello mix with ¾ cup boiling water. Whisk well until JELLO mix is fully dissolved. Allow to cool to room temperature - about 30 minutes
  • Once cooled, whip 1 ¼ cups heavy whipping cream with a hand mixer for 3-4 minutes 
  • Pour 1 Cup Strawberries & Cream Liqueur into the JELLO mixture and mix to combine
  • Gently fold in the whipped cream until fully combined and mousse is smooth
  • Pour into small cups and place in refrigerator to chill for at least one hour
  • Keep in refrigerator until ready to serve
  • Top with whipped cream & fresh strawberries
